This product was used by my physical therapist, and it has to be the best stretch of the hamstrings that I have ever had. Quick, easy to use and the video was very helpful too.

I wear a high heel a lot,also i do horseback ridding so i wear a tight boot for hours.
My physiotherapist recommended using yamuna foot wakers ,its small light and i can take it with me in the bag.easy to wash.
the video that comes with it helped me a lot . Everyday night while watching the T.V i use it.i feel discomfort when i put all my weight on my leg while standing on it but i still keep standing since it will help my leg.

These are great for working out foot pain and once you deal with your foot pain you will find other pains are being relieved also- knee, hip, back. So if you are on your feet all day this is a nice thing to do for your feet.

I have overuse syndrome in left foot (medical transcriptionist using foot pedal for 60 hours a week) and I am barefoot about 99% of the time on ceramic tile floors. The pain was excruciating and I developed quite a listing gait and profound limp. Being out of alignment when walking then started other joints to hurt. I ordered this program and received the Wakers (coffee with cream color--to my disappointment not purple).
Just placing one waker on the carpet protector under my desk and occasionally stretching my foot over it, pressing into it in the arch area where the pain was centered (ouchie! ouchie!) for four days and the pain is improved 95%, almost gone, and I am walking quickly and straight again.
I think I will tackle the beginning program next.
So far, just pressing the sorest points, flexing the foot over the Waker, rolling from side to side have cured the lameness and the excruciating pain. And now onto getting my feet in even better shape. For $60 and some change it has definitely been worth it.

They looked INSANE--and high priced, but being on my feet a lot and walking even more--with plantar fasciitis I thought--oh what the hay. Wonderful. Put them in front of the telly to do when watching Brian or Katie's News. Easy to use, rather decorative (I got purple ones) and they do help the plantar fasciitis. With MBTs I may stay on my feet for hours now at work!
