I'm not a health nut but I am a klutz. I tend to reach for things without taking my eyes off the computer screen and sometimes "I miss it by THAT much" and knock my cup over. So I bought this item (when they were selling in my local supermarket for $12 each). I took the springy ball out and tossed it to the cat. He chased it all day!
Pros: Tight fitting screw down lid with snap tight cover for drink spout, drink spout is small enough to hold back ice cubes and/or hold up a long drinking straw, Large capacity to limit trips for refills, useful for holding enough water to water plants, lots of bright colors!, fits in my cup holder nicely.
Cons: nooks and crannies in cup lid make it a chore to clean (I use an old tooth brush), large top and small bottom make the cup very top heavy *see klutz, Make sure you wipe around the top of the cup before you screw the top on, or you will get a considerable amount of liquid down your shirt! Cup does not leak but those "threads" seem to hold a lot of liquid.
All in all it's an excellent product so buy one for every member of the family!

Thoughts: You can bypass the shipping cost by purchasing the bottle at a local health shop or nearby GNC.
