Read the entire book and immediately started making changes, stocking the pantry and fridge with recommendations from the book. My husband and I feel better already!

This is going to prove a great purchase for me. I am used to eating in this fashion; fresh fruits and veggies, fish, chicken. Although I am not Sicilian, I am Neapolitan, I agree with most everything in it! All kidding aside, this book will revolutionize the way you look at food, and see its' possibilities in terms of weight loss and health.

Went on the prescription in March. Within 3 weeks I had lost 18 lbs! In 30 days I took off 28. I went from 196 to 168 lbs.

I can't thank you enough. Going to the docs next week and it looks like I will be taken of my blood pressure med and lowering my cholesterol medication as well.

As far as the readability of the book there are only 2 pages to read and you are on your way. It is that simple to begin. Good, simple, flavorful recipes make it easy to get on board.

This is not a diet but an attitude change in eating habits. I am always full and have found new ways to cook I never thought of or would have attempted. I have turned 5 others on to this book with the same results.

This totally altered my eating habits for the better. I think about my food, relationships and exercise in a completely different way and now I enjoy all three in a healthier way! Recipes are PERFECT. Very authentic where they are so so simple and extremely yummy. I'm cooking fish all the time which I have never done before! It has really made my life well-rounded and I'm no longer stressing bout my food choices. I've recommended it and bought it for all my girlfriends that struggle with balancing food, friends and physical activity. You'll have an entire new outlook on fresh foods and carbs when you're done.

The Mediterranean Prescription is terrific. Lost 12 lbs, still have more to go, so I am continuining the basic at this time. Food keeps me full and I really don't miss any of my old junkie foods. Along with exercise and some strength program, it works!
It comes highly recommended by my Doctor. Top recommendations for anyone who wants to eat healthy.
