The book is not what I expected. It does not give you much information in the recipes. It seems someone put it together in a hurry.

I love this cookbook! The recipes are quick and easy and they contain regular food that you would find in a well-stocked kitchen without going to the store for special items. The recipes are tasty as well as low calorie. There are even weekly meal plans as well as grocery lists for the entire week.

I love this cookbook- it really makes grocery shopping faster, and the majority of the meals have been really good. The only thing I wish the book had was pictures of the recipes. I like that each recipe includes complete nutritional information & provides a balanced meal. Also, the way the recipes are arranged provide a good variety for throughout the week so you don't feel like you are always eating the same thing. I would highly recommend this book for anyone who is tired of fast-food but thinks it's easier than cooking.

The recipes are fabulous for us, as both of us have to be on lower sodium diets. They may need some adjusting for personal taste, depending on whether you like the level of spice or lack of it. All in all a very good basic cookbook for those needing quick and healthy family meals. Her other cookbook is just as good for us. I recommend them both very highly.

I have made and demostrated a few of the recipes to a Weight Support Group and the recipes were a hit! The participants ask for ways to prepare "freebie" vegetables and the recipes using cucumbers and cabbage are not boring to the taste buds.
