Organic, non-organic, Zone, Atkins, Blood Type, food combining. There are many opinions on what's best. They're probably all healthier than what most people are currently consuming in this country. Pick what you feel best with, but remember that statistically diets and food fads don't usually last so it's probably best to find a healthy middle ground, and stick to your meat, vegetables and fruit. Avoiding too many sweets and saturated fats would probably help. Aside from that the best would be to get some regular exercise.
