The articles in this magazine are pretty good although not all of them are. Also this magazine would benefit by having different types of columns and sections instead of long article after long article

This book is a great view of the ethics and assumptions that the currently used "Bible" for many mental health practitioners makes and helps to inform people about them in an easy to understand way. It lays out the comparisons of whether it is actually the right manual to be used for all disorders, or whether it's just something that insurance companies say must be used if insurance is to be provided. A must read for anyone who is interested in the mental health field!!

I found this magazine to be an odd mixture of science and spirituality, and almost all disappointingly shallow. I tried to cancel my subscription, but was unsuccessful as their customer service (contacted through the S&H website) was completely unresponsive.

This magazine is full of good information! It is uplifting and it only makes you want to be a good person, which we all know that the world can never get enough of. I highly recommend this mag to anyone looking for calming times with a magazine!

Today I received the first issue - April 2006 issue. I found
it AMAZING and INFORMATIVE resource for body, mind and
soul practices toward healthier life..
The most thing I liked about this magazine is that it respects
religions. It provides accurate information from various religions
to help people of other believes improve their lives.
